Consider including the Foundation in your will by designating a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or the remaining balance after other bequests.

📈 Securities

We accept registered, unassigned securities accompanied by a gift letter.

💖 Charitable Remainder Life Income Trusts

Establish a tax-smart trust that provides lifetime income for you and/or a beneficiary. Upon the passing of all beneficiaries, the remaining funds are transferred to the Foundation.

🛡️ Insurance Policies

You may designate the Foundation as both the owner and beneficiary of an existing or new life insurance policy—offering meaningful tax savings.

🌾 Life Estate in Your Home or Farm

Donate your home, farm, or vacation property now and receive an immediate tax benefit—while continuing to live in and care for the property for the rest of your life.
